D&D Manufacturing Company makes no expressed or implied warranties whatsoever, including warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability. We disclaim all expressed and implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability. Customers are responsible for understanding these terms before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective due to manufacturing issues. This ensures that we maintain high quality standards and protect our customers from faulty products.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect orders placed by the buyer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Normal wear and tear from use
Return Window
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
Required Documentation
To process a return, the following must be supplied:
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)
- Written description of the defect or issue
- Photographs showing the defect or damage
Condition of Returned Goods
All returned items must be in a like/kind condition. Items that have been damaged after delivery, modified, or used outside of normal operations may not be accepted for return.
Return Authorization
Before returning any items, customers must obtain a return authorization from D&D Manufacturing Company. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Shipping and Damages
Damages occurring during shipping are only eligible for return if D&D Manufacturing Company arranges and pays for the shipment. If the customer arranges, selects, and/or pays for shipping, whether directly or through a third party, we assume no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit.
