Program & Nest
Parts programmed and nested on the table for material efficiency. Kerf and lead-in settings dialed for your material and thickness.
Plasma Cut
Parts cut on the CNC table. Edges dressed and dross cleaned. Parts checked for dimensional accuracy before they leave the cutting department.
Stage or Ship
Staged for welding or fabrication in-house, or packaged and shipped to you. Most jobs turn around same-day or next-day.
